Can I use my insurance for services?
We do not take/bill any insurance company.
How will I receive my result?
The ordering provider/ your doctor will receive the results when the lab has made them available. You can set up a patient account on your lab’s website. Please make an appointment with your doctor to review results. Vena Prime does not have access to your results.
Do I need to be fasting for labs?
Most labs require fasting. However, your doctor will indicate on the order form whether the labs are to be drawn fasting.
Can my doctor send you the lab requisition directly?
Yes, simply ask your doctor’s office to fax us your laboratory requisition form to (305) 810-4690.
