Can I use my insurance for services?

  • We do not take/bill any insurance company.

How will I receive my result?

  • The ordering provider/ your doctor will receive the results when the lab has made them available. You can set up a patient account on your lab’s website. Please make an appointment with your doctor to review results. Vena Prime does not have access to your results.

Do I need to be fasting for labs?

  • Most labs require fasting. However, your doctor will indicate on the order form whether the labs are to be drawn fasting.

Can my doctor send you the lab requisition directly?

  • Yes, simply ask your doctor’s office to fax us your laboratory requisition form to (305) 810-4690.
